I will have some spare time this summer, so I think I am going to conduct a Vintage Performance System. This one will undoubtedly be the toughest one to date, not only because of the sheer number of songs that will be judged, but also this will be the first VPS for so many songs and CDs. It will be the first VPS since the burning of Vintage CD XXXI. Since, Christian music has become the dominant force in the Vintage CDs, Jon McLaughlin has taken over, and I’ve had a countless number of songs that have captured my imagination. We very well could see some staples of old VPSs fly down the rankings…it will be very interesting to see how they hold up in comparison to the newer songs. I will probably begin the process after I complete the 45th Vintage CD. I’ll have that done by next weekend, if not sooner.
